Job summary

Unique Escapes is a travel-focused company seeking an Event Destination Specialist to plan high-quality group travel, destination celebrations, and corporate events. This remote role emphasizes sales, travel research, and turning client visions into organized experiences.

You will guide clients from inquiry to booking, propose destination and event options, and provide proactive follow-up throughout the sales cycle, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email tools, calendars, and travel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats, incentive travel, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand destination preferences, goals, budget, dates, group size, and expectations.
• Research destinations, venues, and travel packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and inclusions.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, proposals, payments, deposits, and deadlines in the CRM.
