Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking organized, service-focused Destination Relations Coordinators to join our remote team. You will assist clients as they explore vacation destinations, review options, and coordinate services for smooth experiences.

This role suits those who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with clients, and staying on top of details. Training is provided, and there is flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time arrangements.

• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying countries.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's destination interests, dates, vacation style, budget, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other destination-based options using approved resources.
• Help coordinate selected services and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor important deadlines, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available experiences.
