Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of sales experience in technology, telecommunications, or related industry.
• Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
• Proven desk-based, inside or outside sales success.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience conducting virtual sales calls and customer presentations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management in assigned territory.
• Deliver value propositions during consultative and transactional selling to maximize revenue.
• Qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Provide timely quotes and follow-up using company systems.
• Prepare agendas for customer calls and identify opportunities from meetings.

• Maintain accurate Salesforce notes and account plans.
• Submit activity reports and forecast monthly sales volume.
• Attend trainings and mentor teammates with leadership.
