Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience, results-oriented.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Ability to build new relationships with energy and ambition.
• Coachable and able to take direction.
• Customer experience focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media; web-conferencing skills.
• Experience in Salesforce.com and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting and account management to meet monthly quotas.
• Qualify leads through calls, emails, social media and campaigns.
• Prepare customer meeting agendas and identify opportunities from calls.
• Navigate systems to provide timely quotes and follow up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce notes and forecast monthly sales volume.
• Develop account plans and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
