Job summary

Organon delivers dermatology and women's health solutions. The Territory Business Manager will drive product awareness and utilization in Southern CT, building trusted relationships with physicians and practice staff within the territory.

You will develop disease and product knowledge to promote our dermatology portfolio, meet sales goals, and collaborate with field-based colleagues to maximize impact while upholding compliant, ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role; dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position.
• High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and product knowledge to promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals compliantly.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals within territory to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Utilize market knowledge and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment and gain access to customers through strategic thinking.
