Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive product awareness and utilization across Southern CT, from Guilford to Greenwich, reporting to the District Business Manager.

The role requires developing clinical relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, promoting our dermatology portfolio, and meeting sales initiatives. Travel within the territory is expected in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• > Two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven roles; preference for dermatology/medical devices/pharma sales.
• > Bachelor's degree required from a four-year college or university.
• > Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• > Demonstrated sustained high performance and learning aptitude.
• > Urgency and customer service orientation; able to travel as required.
• > Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals with compliant, clinically relevant information.
• Engage physicians and other healthcare professionals to exceed product goals.
• Navigate marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Utilize direct selling techniques to expand product demand and access.
• Coordinate with field-based staff to address customer needs and deliver total account management.
• Build relationships in the Dermatology community and related organizations; represent Organon professionally.
