Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology, to drive product awareness and utilization across a defined geography. The role reports to the District Business Manager and focuses on building relationships with physicians and healthcare staff to meet sales goals.

You will travel as required, promote dermatology products with compliant information, and collaborate with field teams to expand market access in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role (dermatology/medical device or specialty pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
