Job summary

Organon LLC in the Baltimore/DC area seeks a Strategic Account Manager in Dermatology to lead strategic plans, engage prescribers and office staff, and optimize access to Dermavant's product portfolio.

You will analyze sales data to drive performance, manage promotional budgets, and educate pharmacies and patients about access resources, building strong relationships with HCPs to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and five+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience in Dermatology market strongly preferred.
Experience in patient access or reimbursement capacity is preferred.
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple partners and large teams.
Strong relationships with pharmacies in the geography preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement strategic business plans to meet/exceed sales objectives with regulatory compliance.
Provide in-person consultation to prescribers and key office personnel daily.
Develop understanding of prescribing platforms used in offices.
Educate on formulary requirements and ensure compliance.
Review and utilize sales data to create impactful plans and ROI.
Deploy and manage promotional budget funds effectively.
Collaborate with sales reps and leaders within the geography.
Engage with pharmacies to optimize patient access resources and educate staff.
