Job summary

Ballerine Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the USA to drive onboarding and risk/compliance implementations for payments customers.

You will translate requirements into rollout plans, coordinate with risk, compliance, operations, and engineering teams, and guide pilots to production. You will shape how each customer’s processes become agentic, define success criteria, and monitor outcomes after go-live such as approval rates and time-to-onboard.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior risk/compliance teams.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with acquirers, PSPs, and banks to understand underwriting workflows.
• Define scope, metrics, and rollout plans for pilots and production deployments.
• Shape customer processes to become agentic: automation vs. human-in-the-loop.
• Translate customer needs into clear plans for engineers and product teams.
• Coordinate across risk, compliance, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers through launch.
• Measure post-go-live outcomes and drive expansion into new use cases.
