Paysafe seeks a seasoned leader to head Merchant Risk Operations, overseeing underwriting, onboarding and risk investigations across a global portfolio. The role emphasizes scalable processes, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Compliance, Fraud, Product and Technology.

The position supports a flexible work model, with three days per week in the Jacksonville, FL office as part of a hybrid arrangement. A strategic, transformation‑minded leader with Lean, automation and AI experience will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Merchant Risk Operations function across underwriting, onboarding, merchant review, portfolio monitoring and risk investigations.
• Deliver operational performance in line with risk policies, governance frameworks and risk appetite.
• Build scalable operating procedures, quality assurance frameworks, and controls to support consistent decisioning and portfolio protection.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, Lean, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Partner with Technology to automate manual activities and strengthen scalability.
