Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Remote Dental Patient Service Representative to support scheduling, patient communications and front-office tasks for our Sarasota area patients.

The role requires independent remote work, strong organization, proficiency with MS Office, experience with dental software, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Proficiency with Denticon, RavePoint, and Talkdesk is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and call center environments is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with dental patient systems is preferred (Denticon, RavePoint, Talkdesk).
