Job summary

Desort is seeking a motivated Dental Client Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dental practice owners, managers, and hiring teams. This fully remote, commission-only role offers a flexible schedule and uncapped earning potential across the United States.

You will research practices, identify decision-makers, generate leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking, and collaborate with our recruitment team to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, dental, healthcare, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and contacting new prospects.
• Confident speaking with practice owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online research.
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research dental practices, DSOs, specialty groups, and potential clients.
• Identify practice owners, managers, and hiring decision-makers.
• Generate new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Connect with dental practices to understand their hiring needs.
• Introduce Desort’s recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and develop relationships into client partnerships.
• Track outreach and business development activity.
• Work with Desort’s recruitment team to support client needs.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and long-term business.
