Desort is seeking a Dental Client Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dental practice owners, managers, and hiring teams. This is a remote, performance-driven role focused on sales, networking, prospecting, and developing long-term client relationships.

You will research practices, reach decision-makers, and generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking, with commission-only compensation and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable contacting new prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Healthcare or dental industry experience a plus, not required.

Responsibilities
