Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience forecasting across multiple products, locations, markets, or channels.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate data into business decisions.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP, planning, and BI systems.
• Experience in cannabis or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and AI adoption.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the rolling 12-month demand plan across markets, brands, and SKUs.
• Translate historical sales, POS trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, seasonality, and market growth into forecasts.
• Develop forecasting methodologies by product/category based on demand characteristics.
• Lead demand review meetings and resolve gaps between forecasts and operating plan.
• Collaborate with supply planners to hand off demand plans to supply chain planners.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate actions to teams.
• Manage new product forecasting including launch curves and cannibalization.
• Utilize AI to enhance planning processes.
