Job summary

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a fast-growing, better-for-you snack brand. This remote role reports to the SVP, Operations and leads forecasting across grocery, mass, club, natural, and e-commerce.

You will own the demand forecast from weekly SKU-level projections to an 18-month plan, driving consensus and opportunities in S&OP. You will build statistical and consensus forecasts by SKU, customer, and channel, integrate sales and marketing inputs, and partner with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning/forecasting, with 3+ years in CPG food/beverage.
• Hands-on experience leading a monthly S&OP/IBP demand review.
• Experience forecasting for major retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, Amazon).
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets; modeling, pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of syndicated and POS data (SPINS, Nielsen/Circana).
• Strong communication to explain forecasts and align across Sales, Finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecast with weekly and monthly views across an 18-month horizon.
• Translate data into actionable plans using POS data, shipments, and e-commerce trends.
• Forecast for new products and manage SKU transitions and discontinuations.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and participate in S&OP/executive meetings.
• Coordinate with Finance to align unit forecasts with revenue budgets.
• Align forecasts with promotional calendars, new locations, and customer programs.
• Provide forecasts to guide supply planning and inventory targets; flag risks.
