Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an experienced Lead Demand Planner in the United States to align markets, brands, and SKUs with the company's forward-looking demand strategy.

You will bridge Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning and Operations while owning the rolling forecast and 12-month plan.

Candidates bring 7+ years in demand planning and advanced Excel/ERP/BI expertise to optimize new product forecasting and manage product exits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/BI systems experience.
