Job summary

Green Thumb seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead the rolling forecast across markets, brands and SKUs. You will translate historical data, trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle changes into robust forecasts and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning and Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• 7+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP experience.
• Experience forecasting across products, locations, markets, or channels.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate data into decisions.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, inventory planning, and IBP/S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand planning process and rolling forecast for markets, brands, SKUs.
• Develop a rolling 12-month demand plan with near-term detail.
• Translate sales data, inventory, pricing, promotions, and seasonality into forecasts.
• Develop forecasting methodologies by product/category based on data.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and resolve forecast gaps.
• Identify demand trends, communicate risks and opportunities to teams.
