Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning process across markets in its cannabis portfolio. You will translate commercial strategy, trends, and operational inputs into a robust, actionable forecast and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning and Operations to align on demand needs across products, brands, and channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated industry, and comfort

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, S&OP, or related discipline.
• Experience managing forecasts across multiple products, locations, markets, or channels.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, planning, and business intelligence systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the demand planning process and maintain the rolling demand forecast across markets, product categories, brands, and SKUs.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month demand plan with increased detail across near-term horizon.
• Translate historical sales, POS trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, seasonality, market growth into a robust demand forecast.
• Develop forecasting methodologies by product/category based on demand characteristics and data availability.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and resolve gaps between forecast and operating plan.
• Identify demand trends, communicate risks and opportunities to teams.
• Manage new product forecasting including launch curves and cannibalization.
• Identify demand/supply gaps and quantify revenue/inventory implications.
• Establish methodologies for promotions, price changes, expansions, and discontinuations.
• Manage exit plans and wind-down decisions for products.
• Collaborate with supply planners for hand-offs of demand plans to supply chain teams.
• Use AI to enhance and improve processes.
