Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the forecast across markets, brands, SKUs, and product categories. You will translate commercial strategy and market trends into a robust demand plan and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations.

The role is remote with Eastern or Central Time hours and requires 7+ years in demand planning or related fields, plus strong analytics, Excel, ERP/BI skills, and experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, inventory planning and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, planning, and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand planning process and maintain the rolling demand forecast across markets, product categories, brands, and SKUs.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month demand plan with near-term detail.
• Translate sales, POS trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, seasonality, market growth, and launches into forecasts.
• Develop forecasting methodologies by product/category based on demand characteristics.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and resolve gaps between forecasts and operating plan.
• Identify demand trends and communicate risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Manage new product forecasting, including launch curves and cannibalization.
• Identify demand/supply gaps and quantify revenue, service, and inventory implications.
• Establish methodologies for promotions, price changes, market expansions, and discontinuations.
• Manage exit plans for products and wind-down processes.
• Collaborate with supply planners and hand-off plans to supply chain.
