Green Thumb is seeking an experienced Lead Demand Planner in the United States to align markets, brands, and SKUs with the company's forward-looking demand strategy.

You will bridge Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning and Operations while owning the rolling forecast and 12-month plan.

Candidates bring 7+ years in demand planning and advanced Excel/ERP/BI expertise to optimize new product forecasting and manage product exits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
Advanced Excel and ERP/BI systems experience.

Responsibilities

Lead demand planning across markets, brands, and SKUs.
Serve as primary link between Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations.
Own the rolling demand forecast and 12-month demand plan.
Facilitate demand review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities.
Manage new product forecasting and product exit plans.
