Job summary

Wallarm, a security-focused AI company, seeks a remote Marketing Programs professional to drive webinars, events, nurture journeys and owned-channel growth across the US. You will collaborate with sales to convert activities into qualified pipeline and manage marketing systems for data-driven decisions.

You will own lead scoring, routing, and multi-channel campaigns while partnering with stakeholders to maximize demand generation and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Five years in B2B demand generation or marketing programs, ideally with security or developer tools audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily marketing work.
• Track record of running recurring webinars or events linked to pipeline.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, including lead scoring, routing and campaigns.
• Experience delivering against pipeline or opportunity goals.
• Collaborative approach with sales and cross-team processes.
• Creativity across owned channels and partner co-marketing.
• Clear, engaging writing for emails and landing pages.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead our webinar program, coordinating content, speakers, promotion and follow-up.
• Turn events into pipeline by coordinating with AEs for meetings and post-event follow-up.
• Shape lead management including scoring and routing with a shared hand-off plan.
• Build nurture email journeys for contacts not yet ready for sales.
• Grow owned channels: email, landing pages, site, social and SEO fundamentals.
• Care for marketing systems and ensure CRM integration and data quality.
• Report on pipeline by source and program with monthly leadership updates.
