Job summary

OneSignal is a leading autonomous lifecycle marketing engine for B2C app companies. As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, run our webinar and direct mail programs, and collaborate with paid media, content, lifecycle, and sales to drive results from planning through execution.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work with SDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to optimize campaigns, test new ideas, and bring

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS.
• Care for quality from ad copy to internal communications.
• Proven ability to balance strategy and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments and adapt as priorities evolve.
• Ability to use CRM and marketing automation data to understand funnel performance and identify gaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Own campaign planning with timelines and cross-team coordination.
• Run webinar program end-to-end: topics, speakers, registrations, follow-up.
• Build targeted direct mail campaigns connecting offers with SDR and sales outreach.
• Build ABM programs in partnership with sales; align on target accounts.
• Create campaign follow-up messaging with SDRs and sales.
• Define campaign success metrics; report on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
• Recommend channels and experiments; prioritize based on goals.
