The role requires 5+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, SaaS experience, and a track record of building integrated campaigns that scale across regions.

• Hands-on HubSpot/Marketo + Salesforce attribution — essential for senior marketing roles.

• Budget ownership and ROI reporting — critical for Director-level progression.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American demand generation engine with data-driven, AI-enabled campaigns.
• Develop and execute the NA demand generation strategy and quarterly marketing plans.
• Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, driving leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events.
• Lead ABM initiatives with Sales and target high-value accounts in NetSuite ecosystem.
• Build nurture and cross-sell programs to engage buyers throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Ops, and CS.
• Establish measurement, attribution, and reporting to tie investment to outcomes.
