Job summary

Zone & Co, a fully remote global SaaS marketing leader for ERP-native finance AI, seeks a Demand Generation Manager to own North American demand strategy and drive pipeline across CFOs and finance leaders in the US/Canada.

You'll craft integrated campaigns, manage budgets, leverage AI and data-driven insights, and collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Success to accelerate growth. This is a remote, fast-paced role with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
Experience developing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs.
Proven ability to manage budgets, measure campaign ROI, and show pipeline impact.
Experience working in SaaS and with finance/ERP ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and drive North American demand generation strategy and quarterly marketing plans.
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, content syndication, and events.
Lead ABM initiatives with Sales targeting priority accounts and high-value segments.
Build personalized nurture and cross-sell programs across the buyer journey.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Operations to ensure seamless lead-to-revenue flow.
Establish campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting to connect investments to pipeline and revenue.
