Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive revenue growth through full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns. This hybrid/remote role reports to the Director of Marketing Campaigns and coordinates with Product Marketing, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing to align messaging and assets with funnel stages.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demand generation marketing experience.
• Knowledge of B2B tech sales cycles and enterprise buyers.
• Experience with paid acquisition, email marketing, content syndication, and virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize full funnel, multi-touch campaigns across channels to generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
• Nurture leads through the funnel with aligned programs and timely follow-up.
• Create resources (whitepapers, case studies, videos, eBooks) aligned to funnel stages.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and adjust tactics for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with analytics to build dashboards and report KPIs.
