Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience in SaaS and pipeline growth in US/Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns including ABM.
• Budget management and ROI measurement experience.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Strong AI, data-driven marketing and optimization skills.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop North American demand gen strategy and quarterly plans.
• Own pipeline performance and ROI.
• Optimize channel mix and campaign performance.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, content syndication, and events.
• Lead ABM with Sales for priority accounts.
• Build personalized nurture and cross-sell programs.
