Ultimate Asset is a remote-first B2B SaaS business rewriting how professional teams track time and productivity. The Demand Generation Manager will own paid and organic channels, optimizing funnels and nurturing prospects toward revenue.

You’ll manage budgets, test strategies, and drive a data-driven pipeline with clear CAC metrics and ROI. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in B2B SaaS growth, strong SEO/organic acquisition knowledge, and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
• Experience managing paid media budgets
• Strong SEO and organic acquisition knowledge
• Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation across paid and organic channels to hit revenue goals.
• Test channels, manage budgets, optimize conversion journeys and build nurture programmes.
• Tighten MQL to SQL processes and oversee the HubSpot marketing stack.
• Provide visibility on CAC, lead quality, channel ROI and pipeline contribution to leadership.
• Shape a repeatable demand-gen function from the ground up with measurable impact.
