Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and shape the narrative during client discussions.

You will lead campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee bidding and testing, and ensure accurate attribution with GA4 and tag manager. Strong US-English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust GA4, tag manager and platform pixels for conversion tracking.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with narratives for client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
