Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and client storytelling.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build robust tracking, and craft 90-day plans. This role emphasizes strategic voice and campaign optimization for client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, GA Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and longer-term relationships.
