Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll set targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the narrative in client conversations.

You’ll manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure reliable GA4/conversion tracking. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
