Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and narrate the numbers on client calls as the strategic voice at the table.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, driving long‑term ROAS and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship
