Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budget calls, and narrative in client conversations.

Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS growth and pipeline metrics, while maintaining close collaboration with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
