Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgeting, 90-day roadmaps and the client narrative, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; optimize bids and testing; and set up GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixel tracking.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Track ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budgeting, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
