Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who owns paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask for rationale.

You act as the strategic voice and make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, testing, and attribution, and craft a compelling 90-day roadmap for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative for clients.
• Set budgets, bid strategies, and determine kill thresholds for campaigns.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance during calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
