Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation professional to own outbound, nurture, SEO/AEO, and paid acquisition initiatives from a remote US base. You will partner with marketing leadership to design campaigns, optimize channels, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.

With 4–6+ years in demand generation and strong HubSpot expertise, you will manage outbound through Smartlead, nurture via HubSpot, and lead CRO and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing with hands-on outbound and HubSpot experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret funnel data to identify performance gaps.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and CRO is required.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound lead generation through Smartlead, including campaign sequencing and deliverability monitoring.
• Build and improve nurture campaigns in HubSpot, running A/B tests and conversion rate optimization.
• Execute SEO and AEO initiatives and report on funnel performance to drive measurable improvements.
