Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager for the United States with a remote work arrangement. This role builds and optimizes integrated demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth across regions, industries, and segments.

You will work closely with Field Marketing, SDR, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate business priorities into effective, measurable campaigns. You’ll design campaigns, leverage AI-enabled tools, and manage programs across digital channels, ABM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in demand generation or ABM.
• Proven track record partnering with Sales to support pipeline/revenue goals.
• Experience using marketing automation, CRM and analytics to optimize performance.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Design and optimize integrated programs using digital campaigns, ABM, webinars and partnerships.
• Monitor pipeline health and campaign performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, SDRs, and Partners to align activities with target accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing programs.
• Establish and track KPIs; drive continuous improvement through testing and data analysis.
