Job summary

Akkadian Labs, LLC. is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive demand in a fully remote, B2B SaaS environment. You will own ABM and partner-led campaigns, and turn data into measurable pipeline and revenue while coordinating with sales and partners.

You will lead cross-channel demand generation, manage ICP frameworks, and activate partner networks with a focus on scalable, repeatable campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with pipeline generation through partner-led GTM.
• Experience building partner co-marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong KPI ownership for CAC, MRR, and pipeline velocity.
• Familiarity with ABM, paid search/social, and lifecycle email programs.
• HubSpot lifecycle tracking, attribution, and campaign management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build orchestrated, account-based and partner-based campaign sequences across channels.
• Lead multi-channel demand generation to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Maintain ICP inclusion/exclusion criteria and prioritize Tier 1–3 accounts.
• Map and activate priority partners to target accounts with clear ownership.
• Backsolve pipeline from ARR targets and report progress regularly.
• Lead and coach the Marketing Coordinator toward owning more responsibilities.
