Akkadian Labs is seeking a data-driven Marketing leader to drive demand in complex B2B SaaS environments. You will orchestrate account-based and partner-based campaigns, manage multi-channel demand generation, and weaponize HubSpot data to accelerate pipeline.

You’ll own ICP lists, map buying committees, and work with resellers and integration partners to measure ROI and pipeline impact while leading a Marketing Coordinator.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with partner-led go-to-market experience.
• Proven track record building partner co-marketing programs that produce measurable revenue.
• Experience running ABM, paid search/social, and lifecycle email programs, integrating intent data and AI-driven content.
• Fluency with HubSpot lifecycle tracking, attribution, and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree appreciated, but proven performance matters most.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and refine orchestrated account-based and partner-based campaigns.
• Lead multi-channel demand generation marketing (SEM, paid social, programmatic) to drive leads, pipeline, revenue.
• Maintain ICP criteria and buying committee maps; prioritize Tier 1–3 accounts.
• Own the account-level funnel and ensure data quality for attribution.
• Activate partners with co-marketing campaigns and enablement workflows.
• Backsolve pipeline from ARR target with standardized HubSpot data.
