Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on demand generation specialist to drive measurable pipeline growth. You’ll own outbound, nurture, landing page optimization, SEO/AEO, and paid acquisition over time.

You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership to build campaigns, test conversions, and improve funnel results. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, with a direct link between your work, qualified leads, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on with outbound platforms (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist).
• Direct experience building nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
• Experience with paid search and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Proven landing page testing and CRO results.
• SEO/AEO experience and interpreting AI-visibility data.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret funnel data and act.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with changing priorities.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound lead generation campaigns and audience targeting.
• Build and optimize nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages and CRO initiatives.
• Lead SEO/AEO improvements and on-page optimizations.
• Monitor funnel performance and report results.
