Job summary

Aquent Talent seeks a visionary leader to head global demand generation, building and scaling a revenue-driven engine that accelerates pipeline and partnerships. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding pipeline or revenue contribution targets.
• Strong background in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent data, propensity modeling, or sales intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Extensive experience partnering with Sales and presenting to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and drive initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience using AI to enhance marketing productivity and streamline workflows.
• Excellent communication, project management, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global demand generation plan aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets and optimize performance across channels.
• Manage global advertising and digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Improve inbound lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity.
• Oversee the global integrated campaign calendar and strategy.
• Design and launch campaigns tailored to audiences, buyer journeys, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product marketing to translate positioning into demand programs.
• Develop, test, and optimize nurture strategies through the funnel.
• Manage propensity models for intelligent account and lead prioritization.
• Provide sales with actionable account intelligence including intent signals.
• Measure effectiveness of marketing-supplied targeting and enhance account prioritization.
• Build demand programs with key strategic partners.
• Execute demand strategy for a major cloud partnership with digital outreach and co-branded campaigns.
• Evaluate partner performance to inform marketing investment decisions.
• Support content syndication and joint marketing initiatives with partners.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows across campaign development and reporting.
• Leverage AI workflows to increase campaign velocity and productivity.
• Develop a shared AI workflow and prompt library.
• Establish AI governance ensuring human review, privacy, and branding.
• Lead demand generation initiatives through stakeholder management across departments.
• Set campaign briefs, timelines, KPIs, and execution standards.
• Collaborate with marketing operations on reporting and dashboards.
