Job summary

Ampa is a pioneering neurotechnology startup developing brain stimulation technology to help eradicate depression. You’ll own demand gen channels from outbound to organic to paid, with a clear path into paid acquisition. This execution role reports to the Head of Marketing and is hands-on, data-driven, and focused on measurable growth.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years in demand generation, strong HubSpot and CRM fluency, and a track record turning funnel data into growth. Remote work offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with cold outbound platforms (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist).
• Direct HubSpot experience building nurture campaigns and workflows.
• Experience with paid search and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Proven landing page testing and CRO with measurable results.
• Able to read funnel data and act without hand-holding.
• Background in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize outbound channel in Smartlead, including sequencing and deliverability.
• Manage HubSpot nurture programs, workflows, segmentation, and tracking.
• Run A/B testing on landing pages and drive measurable improvements.
• Execute SEO / AEO initiatives with on‑page optimization and keyword targeting.
• Report funnel metrics and translate data into action plans.
• Plan and execute paid search and paid social as bandwidth allows.
