Job summary

Geoforce is seeking a Senior Demand Generation to lead hands-on growth marketing. You will ideate, write, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels, owning qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings.

You will collaborate with Sales and partners to identify audiences, craft offers, and ensure disciplined follow-up while leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes. This role emphasizes practical execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or related field.
• Experience creating integrated, omnichannel campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
• Hands-on builder mentality; can translate strategy into execution.
• Strong messaging, branding, and creative execution.
• Proficient with CRM and marketing automation; Salesforce and Pardot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign performance for leads, pipeline, and bookings; drive optimization.
• Architect targeted campaigns around accounts, industries, and priorities.
• Collaborate with sellers and partners to align messaging and opportunities.
• Build campaigns across outbound, lifecycle programs, and partner marketing.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Create omnichannel programs across digital, email, direct mail, events, and more.
• Write compelling messaging for email, landing pages, and sales materials.
• Lead trade shows, field events, and partner activations with measurable impact.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools to research, ideate, and personalize content.
