Job summary

Astra is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead campaigns across paid social, email, ABM, and field, turning content into pipeline. You will own planning, orchestration, and performance of campaigns across channels, aligning marketing, sales, and customer goals.

You will translate product launches into cohesive campaigns and create assets, copy, nurture sequences, and social posts. This role requires strategic, independent work to drive measurable demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or fintech company.
• Experience running account-based marketing programs with multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong campaign copywriting skills for ads, nurture emails, and social posts.
• CRM proficiency including nurture workflows, campaign reporting, and pipeline tracking.
• Comfort evaluating, selecting, and standing up new marketing tools and systems as the function scales.
• Proven ability to build and report on a pipeline funnel from campaign to marketing-sourced opportunities.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and scalable demand engines.
• Experience partnering with sales to align campaigns to pipeline goals.
• Ability to travel up to ~15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and run multi-channel demand campaigns that generate pipeline.
• Account-Based Marketing: Build and manage a tier-one target account program with sales.
• Campaign Operations: Evaluate and implement marketing tools, automation, and reporting.
• Pipeline Reporting: Track marketing-sourced pipeline and cost per opportunity.
• Content Activation: Translate whitepapers and case studies into measurable campaigns.
• Experimentation: Test new channels and messaging and scale successful approaches.
