Job summary

BombBomb is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the day-to-day execution, measurement, and optimization of our digital campaigns and demand programs. You will build landing pages, run multi-channel campaigns, manage email and nurture programs, and keep HubSpot organized while coordinating with the broader team.

This hands-on role focuses on turning ICP strategy into predictable pipeline, with opportunities to grow scope, leverage AI tools, and improve campaign velocity across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on paid campaign experience preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms (Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
• Familiar with email/nurture campaigns and list segmentation.
• Exposure to paid social or paid search campaigns.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve campaign velocity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch landing pages and campaign assets using HubSpot or similar tools.
• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns and measure performance against targets.
• Coordinate ABM programs with Sales and RevOps; refine target accounts.
• Manage email and nurture campaigns to move leads through the funnel.
• Maintain HubSpot data, lists, forms, and basic reporting.
