Job summary

BombBomb is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead hands-on digital campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs. You will own multi-channel demand generation, ABM plays, and conversion optimization, partnering with Sales and RevOps to maximize pipeline efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-assisted tooling, and ongoing optimization across paid social, search, events, and partnerships. Remote work within approved US states is supported.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing ops.
• Hands-on paid campaigns experience and hubspot familiarity.
• Experience with ABM programs and multi-channel campaigns.
• Comfort with AI tools to speed up marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch landing pages using HubSpot or similar tools.
• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns and measure pipeline impact.
• Manage email nurturing programs and list segmentation.
• Coordinate ABM activities with Sales and RevOps.
• Maintain HubSpot data quality and reporting.
• Own the campaign calendar and cross-team collaboration.
