Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform within assigned customers.

You will collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate value realization, lead post-sale technical strategy, and ensure successful production deployment of complex workloads. This hybrid technical-commercial role requires building executive relationships, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and delivering plans for Databricks colleagues

Qualifications

7+ years of accountable technical project delivery in Data and AI domains.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
Strong understanding of distributed data systems and business value delivery.
Ability to manage stakeholders and drive complex programs to completion.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases across key accounts.
Be the accountable technical leader for multiple use cases across selling teams and stakeholders.
Act as first contact for production/go-live issues and coordinate cross-team efforts.
Coordinate with Professional Services for delivery of engagement proposals.
Provide updates and KPI reporting on usage, health, and risks to leadership.
