Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership for our most strategic customers in a remote, US-based role with up to 30% travel.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate Databricks adoption, ensure success, and maximize ROI across complex data workloads. You will lead technical account strategies, own solution delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering data/AI projects
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and data platforms

Responsibilities

• Act as the post-sale technical lead across Databricks products for assigned accounts
• Lead technical account strategy and execution for strategic use cases
• Coordinate with Professional Services and other teams to drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption
• Build executive relationships and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and ROI
• Provide KPI/status updates on usage, health, and investment to the Technical GM
