Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy for use cases across strategic accounts.
• Serve as the technical lead across Databricks products for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with services and engineering teams to deliver enablement, onboarding and production adoption.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, risk, and customer health to leadership.
• Develop execution plans spanning all customer-facing technical roles and streams.
