GHX is seeking a Delivery Manager II to enhance customer relationships and drive adoption of Managed Services across internal and external clients. You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure timely, high-quality deployments while maintaining strong communication and data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, time management, and integrity, with travel up to ~20% and a focus on customer success metrics and KPI attainment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years relatable healthcare experience.
• Experience with project management, customer success, training and/or customer service.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Cultivates and maintains customer relationships to increase understanding and utilization of all Provider Managed Services products.
• Provide support via phone, email, and on site to customers and GHX coworkers for escalations and any related product issues.
• Monitor quality metrics of a customer and implement resolutions if metrics are below acceptable levels; escalate when needed.
• Proactively develop campaigns to re-engage customers and/or increase customer KPI’s.
• Lead implementation of managed services solutions for new customers with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project kickoff.
