Job summary

GHX is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to deliver exceptional customer service for GHX products and services. You will support operations, analyze dashboards, and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email while adhering to internal processes.

You will train and mentor junior team members, contribute to reference materials, and drive adoption of best practices through daily interactions. This role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years experience.
• Technical knowledge of software products.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Team environment experience.
• Able/willing to work 8am–5pm ET (Mon–Fri).
• Willing to travel up to 15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational point of contact between customers and internal service teams.
• Analyze dashboards on account health, service utilization and metrics to report insights.
• Provide phone and email support to external customers and resolve issues.
• Document all work and customer interactions; escalate as needed.
• Maintain and contribute to team reference materials.
• Train and mentor MSA I team members on engagement standards.
• Promote adoption of GHX best practices through daily interactions.
